At Cheap-Chic Décor we value your business and want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you would like to return your product, for any reason, we will gladly take it back within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. No Hassles!! Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org obtain a return authorization number.
International Orders are NONREFUNDABLE due to the high cost of shipping.
All items returned must be in new condition, unused, unassembled and in the original packaging material. Items returned under this policy are eligible for a refund.
Please Note: Personalized/Custom made items, Sale/Clearance items and any item that ships via Freight Truck delivery are not eligible for a refund.
If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order that does not have damage, it will then fall under our standard return policy where round trip shipping costs and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund
Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed. Many of our products have free shipping, discounted shipping or small package rates applied at the time of the order.Your refund/credit will have the actual outbound shipping charges deducted from your original purchase price. In addition, some items carry a 20% vendor restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund as well.
Damages – Inspect Your Order For Damage or Missing Parts
We always do our best to package your item safely. Unfortunately, even with the best packaging, there are items that arrive damaged. We know that this is disappointing for you and apologize in advance.
If Shipped by Freight or White Glove
Any damage made to the carton or product itself, must be noted on the freight bill before the driver leaves. Please write “PRODUCT DAMAGED” on the copy they ask you to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, we can assist in correcting the matter. If damage is noticed, you may refuse the item or decide to keep it. Please note that keeping a defective item does not warrant a discount. If you refuse a delivery, please notify us so we can expect the return shipment and send you a new one.
If you have already accepted the order and find that parts are missing or are damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours) so we can ship replacement parts.
If Shipped by Small Parcel (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS)
It is important for you to inspect your shipment carefully. If damage is noted, do not assemble the product. Instead, notify us immediately (within 3-5 days of delivery). If the item is assembled, it may result in the denial of a replacement.
Personalized or Custom-Made Orders
Any item that is made-to-order, personalized, or custom made is not eligible for a refund. All sales are final. A return will not be accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect. If this occurred, please contact us immediately.
We take great pride in the quality of our items. We open and inspect all items before they leave our warehouse. On occasion, we can miss a defect. If you feel your product is defective, contact us immediately at email@example.com. Let us know your order number, the product, a brief description of the defect and your name. If applicable, we will replace your item or issue a refund in the event a replacement is not available.
